You can find details of any forthcoming events on this page.
HDR IN LIVE PRODUCTION EVENT: UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
We have taken the decision to postpone next week’s HDR in Live Production discussion forum and networking event, which was to have taken place at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday 10 March.
In light of the current health situation in the UK and worldwide, and given we are aware of several companies within the industry restricting international travel and attendance at public events, we believe taking the extra-cautious approach to holding the event is the right and responsible thing to do. We feel this will not only help to avoid any risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus, but will also make for the best quality event with full participation from sponsors and guests alike.
We are pleased to confirm that the event will now take place on Tuesday 19 May and will still be held at Wembley Stadium.
We hope that you will still be able to attend, and will reserve your place for you based on your previous registration. Please do let us know if you are not able to attend on the new date, so we can allocate your place to someone else. We’ll send a reminder nearer to the time as well.
We hope that you will be able to attend on this new date, and are accepting registrations on our website using the button below.
In the meantime, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by the decision to postpone the event.
HDR IN LIVE PRODUCTION: DISCUSSION FORUM AND NETWORKING EVENT
TUESDAY 19 MAY 2020, WEMBLEY STADIUM
The event will not only focus on the crucial challenges around implementing and delivering high dynamic range content in a live environment, but will also look at how HDR can drive audience engagement. This will be a great opportunity to talk to industry leaders, manufacturers and peers about making the step to HDR.
Panellists include HDR experts from Grass Valley as well as ES Broadcast’s technology specialists, who can call upon a combined 50 years’ experience of delivering technological advances into the live production sector to help address any questions you may have. If you’d like to ask a question, please submit it via the registration form.
There will also be chance to discover more about the technology underpinning HDR workflows, with a showcase of products from our partner sponsors, including Grass Valley’s LDX 86N camera channel, creative grading panel and Kahuna vision mixer. Canon will be showing UHD broadcast lenses and HDR broadcast monitors, while Aoto will demonstrate its innovative Mini LED video wall technology. Mark Roberts Motion Control will be showing its PTA-1 robotic arm and Vinten will also be in attendance with a selection of pedestal and support solutions.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
Attendance is free but we do ask that you register due to the venue’s security requirements. You will need to bring photo ID in the form of a passport, driving licence or another government-issued form of ID, otherwise the venue security may refuse you entry.
