She can call upon an encyclopaedic knowledge of a number of customer relationship management and stock management tools, as well as a foundation qualification in Prince2 project management.
By analysing and reviewing the procedures involved with our broadcast sales and systems integration activities, Hannah is able to help us constantly improve the efficiency and quality of service that we offer to our clients. She is responsible for documenting standard operating procedures within the company, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives, and delivering any training required to help our team quickly get up to speed with new processes.
Hannah also plays an active role in the sales support side of our business, ensuring that orders are placed in an accurate and timely fashion, maintaining proactive lines of communication with her customers throughout the sales process, and keeping track of invoicing. And she is at the forefront of our customer service offering, liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure that we offer first-class after-sales care to all our clients.
