Rania Yahia has worked in account management and client liaison roles in the broadcast industry for 18 years. She previously held key customer-facing roles at broadcast rental and broadcast sales companies prior to joining ES Broadcast’s sales team in July 2016.
Her knowledge of manufacturers’ product lines and sales procedures is immense, meaning that she is perfectly placed to offer a smooth, hassle-free service to our customers. And her experience of handling deals not just in the UK but also overseas makes her well-qualified to handle complex projects involving challenging logistics, timescales and import/export requirements.
Rania acts as a vital point of contact between our sales team, our customers and our suppliers. Using the expansive array of industry contacts she has amassed during her career in broadcast, Rania works tirelessly on your behalf to ensure that the equipment you need is supplied to you at the right spec and in a timely manner for your business needs. And she endeavours to make sure that you are kept fully informed of progress at each step of your technology investment.
She also plays a key role in ensuring you receive any ongoing assistance you need – be that technical support, help with firmware upgrades or loan or replacement of equipment should you encounter any faults.
