Since joining ES Broadcast, Simon Stevens has rapidly gained a good understanding of a broad range of broadcast technology. His role has included working as part of our sales support team, allowing him extensive one-to-one interaction with the extensive array of manufacturers we represent – and their products. This has given him a solid grounding for his role as sales executive.
One of the primary focuses of Simon’s role is to lead our OB truck sales operation. Utilising his skills in developing uptake on service-led products, his goal is to grow the number and diversity of outside broadcast vehicles for which we are able to act as brokers. He is tasked with further improving our brokerage offering – from increasing our marketing reach to promote vehicles in our portfolio, to sourcing the ideal match for customers in the market for new vehicles.
For clients looking to sell outside broadcast vehicles, Simon is able to help you agree a valuation which we think reflects its market value. If you wish to sell unwanted equipment form the vehicle, he can suggest the best approach – be that including it in the vehicle sale, selling it individually or decommissioning obsolete items.
Throughout the sales process, he will oversee the marketing of your truck, as well as handling all enquiries – whilst ensuring that he keeps you regularly updated. And most importantly of all, Simon will take the lead in actively seeking interested parties from our far-reaching database of industry contacts to purchase the vehicle.
